This list is meant to be used in conjunction with the menu to facilitate a smooth food pack as well as organization while out in the field. This list and the accompanying menu could potentially change depending on the availability and price of some specific items.

 

  • 90 packs of oatmeal
  • 52 breakfast bars
  • Pancake Mix for 2 days
  • Maple Syrup
  • Mixed Nuts/GORP for every section
  • Beef Jerky for every section
  • 35 packs of instant soup
  • Crackers for every section
  • Peanut Butter for every section
  • Jam for every section
  • 2 cans of tuna/2 cans of oysters
  • 4-6 kg of Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 11 cups of Minute Rice
  • Smoked Meat X3 sections
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • Biscuit mix
  • Gravy Mix
    Dehydrated vegetables
  • 19 pasta sauces
  • 10 rice sauces
  • 1 small can of pizza sauce/tomato paste 
  • 8 large soup packs
  • Coffee for every section
  • Tea for every section
  • Iced Tea Mix
  • Juice Mix
  • Flour (see menu and recipes for specific amounts)
  • Baking Powder
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Brown Sugar

Fresh Meal of our choosing for first night after Athabasca
