Section 1: Jasper – Whitecourt, 7 days plus 1 emergency day

Breakfast

Eggs and Bacon: 2 eggs/4 strips of bacon p/p p/d for 1 day = 8 eggs/16 strips of bacon
Instant Oatmeal: 3 packages p/p p/d for 1 day with 4 people = 12 packages
Instant Oatmeal: 3 packages p/p p/d for 2 days with 2 people = 12 packages
Breakfast Bars: 2 bars p/p p/d for 3 days with 2 people = 12 bars
Cinnamon Buns: 1-2 p/p p/d for 1 day = 4-8 (see attached recipe)

Lunch

Beef Jerky
Mixed Nuts/GORP
Instant soup: 1 p/p p/d for 2 days for 4 people and 1 day for 2 people = 10 packages
Bagels and cream cheese: 1 p/p p/d for 1 day with 4 people = 4 bagels
Heavy Dry Crackers, Peanut Butter/Jam
Canned Tuna/Oysters, 1 small can each

Supper

Veggie Packs, salad and fire grilled pork steaks for Day 1
Whole Wheat Pasta: 100-150 grams p/p p/d for 1 day with 4 people = 400-600 grams
Whole Wheat Pasta: 100-150 grams p/p p/d for 3 days with 2 people = 600-900 grams
Minute Rice: ½ cup p/p p/d for 1 day with 4 people = 2 cups

Cinnamon Buns: 1-2 p/p p/d for 1 day with 2 people = 2-4
Pancakes for 1 day with 2 people
